excellent effort in my opinion

Not bad for a first try. no, that's way too light. excellent audio engineering. as for the drawings and animations, it's not exactly what would garner a 9 or 10, but it did go well with the story.

well, i'm an audio person so i don't give much thought to drawings, really. XD

damn! the song's stuck in my mind already! hahaha! nice work man. keep it up.

Thanks! I'm actually surprised the song is catchy! I'm also satisfied regarding all I have is a ridiculously cheap accoustic, a bedroom, headphones and a usb studio mic.

The sound is the main culprit for the bloated file size. I spent a lot of energy in getting good sound, so I didn't want to sacrifice all my hard work for small size. But I will be playing around with compression in the future until I find the butter zone!

tips on your next flash
1. audio effects and background music, along with voice overs.
2. an actual story to go along with the animation.
3. don't listen to the naysayers! =D they're out there to make you feel miserable.

simplistic and. . .

I used to like slipknot. . . until some idiot here in our country introduced Kpop. (totally lost interest in all music then and finally decided some years ago that i would listen to softer music for the rest of my life) but that's beside the point.

1 - sulfer? i think it's supposed to be spelled sulfur.
2 - inadequate effort
3 - i want to see actual guitar work in the fingers! not just tweening.
do try FBF for that part.

I am commenting based on the concept and the animation, but the idea of using vampires has long been overused. . . that is just my opinion. however that should not distract you from doing what you desire.

Vampire's were not overused until that damned twilight book/movie came out. The story behind my flashes happened waaaaay before that, when vampires were a lot cooler. LOL

music and voice acting were fine. very fine, really. but the subtitles flash too fast to be read properly. . . and what is it with the trend today of not creating your own characters or using pixelated minis?
